Dear Judge Lopez, Judge Borja and Judge Ybañez,

In the name of all that is good and just, I appeal to you to lift the Temporary Restraining Order issued on the ban aerial spraying ordinance in Davao City.

I admire what Davao City has done to protect its residents against the harm of aerial spraying. At a time when our environment is threatened left and right by destruction, decisive action such as what Davao City has done, must be emulated and supported.

Davao City has put paramout importance on public welfare over corporate interest and profit. It is plain and simply what the case is all about.
